How it works

A process with gates, not a pitch with promises.

Every campaign moves through the same sequence, and the important gates are yours: nothing is spent without underwriting you’ve seen, nothing prints without your approval, nothing launches without tracking.

Phase 1

Before you spend anything

Everything in this phase happens before a dollar of budget is committed — most of it before anything is signed.

  1. 1

    Fit conversation

You tell us your trade, territory, and goals. We tell you honestly whether a campaign can pay for itself in your market. If it can’t, we say so and stop there.

  2. 2

    Underwriting

We model the campaign against your economics: average job value, margin, close rate, capacity. You see break-even jobs and required response rate in writing, with every assumption labeled.

  3. 3

    Proposal & agreement

A fixed scope with clear deliverables, timing, and cost. Fulfillment work begins after the agreement is signed and payment is received — that gate protects both sides.

Phase 2

Building the campaign

4

Strategy

Routes or audiences, timing, offer, and message — documented and shared with you before creative work begins.

5

Creative

Direct-response copy and design, built to production spec. Our internal QA checks the piece against a print checklist before you ever see it.

6

Your approval

You approve the exact final version. It’s locked and recorded — the approved file is what prints, verifiably, every time.

The gate in this phase is yours — the file you approve is the file that prints.

Phase 3

Launch and learn

  1. 7Production & mailing

We coordinate printing and USPS entry, collecting documentation that your pieces entered the mailstream.

  2. 8Tracking

Dedicated numbers, QR codes, and landing pages are live and tested before the drop. No measurement, no launch.

  3. 9Reporting & reorder

A plain-English report: what was mailed, what responded, what it cost per lead. Then we decide together what the next mailing should do differently.

The chain a response travels — live and tested before the first piece drops.

  1. 1

    The piece lands

Each drop carries its own tracked number, QR, and offer code; route-level attribution comes from the QR link and match-back, not a number per route.

  2. 2

    A response arrives

Calls hit a dedicated number; scans and clicks hit a campaign landing page. Every response carries its drop date with it.

  3. 3

    The lead is qualified

We record whether the caller is in the service area and what they asked for — a count of conversations, not a vanity number.

  4. 4

    The job is reconciled

You confirm which leads became booked jobs; we match them back to the mailing. The client's word closes the loop, and the report says so.
